How It Works
A quick start guide to redeeming your rewards.
Registration
Click the USER ICON in the header navigation or go to sjrewards.com.au/my-account to login or register.
Enter Your Details
Scroll down and fill out the Registration form if you haven't already done so.
Admin Approval Notification
Once we have reviewed your registration, you will recieve an email notification. Click the first link to set your password. If you already know your password, you can go directly to the second link to login.
Login
Login at sjrewards.com.au/my-account
Rewards Dashboard
On your accounts page, the Rewards Dashboard tab is where you can see your
- Available points
- Actions to convert and revert your points and coupons (coupons are used to pay at checkout)
- A log of your redemption history.
You can convert Points to Coupons (used to check out) and Coupons back to Points.
Go to Rewards Shop
Head over to the Rewards Shop, through the main navigation.
Add Rewards to Cart
Browse the rewards catalogue and add items to the cart. Make sure the cart amount is less than your available points.
Checkout
Once you have clicked “Redeem”, the coupon should be applied to your Checkout Summary. You should see that the discount is applied to your cart rendering your Total as $0.00!
Click “Checkout”
Place Order
Fill out your details and shipping details, and check once more that your cart total is completely discounted. Then Place the order.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed the order successfully, you will see an order confirmation summary. You will also recieve an email notification at the email entered in the previous step. (Please check your junk inbox.)
Check your Orders
When logged in, you can head to your My Account page and check your orders under the Orders Tab
You can also check your account information and log out from this page.
