How do I earn points?
To earn points, purchase eligible Sungrow and Trina products through Solar Juice, or Solar Outlet.
How do I spend my points?
You can spend your points on the products in the Rewards Shop.
You simply add products you would like to your cart, then convert your points into a coupon to pay for your cart at checkout.

I've registered my Business information before, how do I log in?
We will have sent you an email notification with a link to set a password and then log in. This is the accounts email listed on file with Solar Juice
You can do a search in your mail inbox for “SJ Rewards Account”. Please also check your junk inbox.
If you can not find the notification email, please contact us at info@sjrewards.com.au
Which email account is registered to access the SJ Rewards portal?
This email address is the approved email address onfile, which is related to your Solar Juice account
Are all Trina & Sungrow products eligible ?
Not all products are eligible, please contact your customer service rep for more information
When do my points get added to my account?
Points will only be applied to the account, only after payment has been applied to your Solar Juice account. These points will then appear in the corresponding month. Example January paid invoices will appear in Februrary.
I would like to register my Business for this loyalty program, where do I start?
Place and order with Solar Juice directly to join the program for eligible products

Are there custom products that I can order?
Our portal is full of new product ranges. However, if there’s a product you’d like to order and not available on SJ rewards, you can request the product by clicking here.
Can I switch the email for notifications on my account?
Yes, please send us an email with your details as well as the new email you would like to be the account’s primary email.
Which countries can join this program?
SJ rewards can be utilised by anyone residing in Australia (all states and territories) and will soon be opened for customers in New Zealand.
